Malaysia Airlines Bhd (MAB) has opened training opportunities in various technical aircraft engineering courses from today until July 15, 2021.
The company said the courses are open to both males and females aged between 18 to 26 years old, a minimum requirement of having a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) certificate with a credit for English and Science subjects, pass Bahasa Malaysia; and be medically fit.
The MAB engineering training department manages the training.
It complies with Civil Aviation Authority Malaysia (CAAM) and aviation authorities such as the Federal Aviation Administration and European Union Aviation Safety Agency.
“As the national carrier of Malaysia and a regional market leader, it is an honour to play our part in developing a trained and skilled workforce to ensure a steady talent pipeline for years to come for the sustainable growth of the industry.

The engineering training department offers various engineering and maintenance training courses.
In addition, the training caters for introductory and aircraft type courses for a wide range of aircraft types, including Viking DHC6-400, ATR72-500, B737-600/700/800/900, A320 families, A330, A350 and A380.
MAB encourages SPM leavers to enroll.
