Farmers harvest betel leaves in Bagerhat, Bangladesh

DHAKA : The cultivation of betel leaves, locally called “Paan”, is increasing in parts of Bangladesh. Farmers in Bangladesh’s Bagerhat district, some 178 km southwest of capital Dhaka, are now busy harvesting betel leaves.
